Application:

Fire clay bricks as rotary kiln refractories are mainly used for linings of cooling zone in alumina production.

　　Fire clay bricks use clay that including shale, coal gangue such powder as the major raw material, undergoing a series of working procedures as mixture treatment, forming, drying and roasting.

　　Al₂O₃ content of fire clay bricks manufactured by Hitech Material over 40%, then Fe₂O₃ content is less than 2.0～2.5%. Fire clay bricks fired at about 1400 ℃,that have the advantages of good integral property.
