Al₂O₃ content of fire clay bricks manufactured by Hitech Material over 40%, then Fe₂O₃ content is less than 2.0～2.5%. Fire clay bricks fired at about 1400 ℃,that have the advantages of good integral property.

　　Application of fireclay bricks:

　　Fireclay bricks belong to acid refractories, have a resistance to acidic slag, which are suitable for acid furnace linings. Besides that, fireclay bricks are also used for high temperature furnace linings, such as blast furnace, hot blast stove, glass furnace and carbon calciner.

　　Blast furnace

　　Fireclay bricks are used as linings for throat, shaft, hearth and hearth bottom of small blast furnace, as well as for shaft of large blast furnace.

　　Hot blast stove

　　Fireclay bricks for hot blast stove are mainly used for regenerator and partition wall, etc.

　　Glass furnace

　　Fireclay bricks can be used for glass furnace.
