High alumina refractory bricks are produced with selected bauxite chamotte as main raw materials, fired at 1420-1600 °C by advanced process with strict quality control.

　　High alumina refractory bricks have excellent characteristics as follows:

　　1. General purpose high alumina bricks have the advantages of high refractoriness, good resistance to acid and alkali, high temperature strength and good thermal shock resistance;

　　2. High alumina bricks for blast furnace have excellent high temperature mechanical properties and resistance to chemical erosion;

　　3. High alumina bricks for hot blast stove are characterized by load softening temperature, high temperature creep performance and excellent thermal shock resistance;

　　4. High alumina bricks for EAF roof have excellent high temperature mechanical properties and resistance to chemical erosion;

　　5. High alumina bricks for molten steel ladle have the features of good high temperature mechanical properties and resistance to chemical erosion performance, unfired high alumina bricks in particular.

　　Application of high alumina refractory bricks:

　　High alumina bricks are mainly used as the lining of blast furnace, hot air stoves, EAF roof, reverberatory furnace, rotary kiln.

　　Furthermore, high alumina refractory bricks are also applied in regenerator of open-hearth furnace as checker bricks, stoppers and nozzle bricks as continuous casting system.
